Simplified Privacy is under the legal jurisdiction of XMRBazaar. Our arbitrator is AlliA, as per our outline
Terms of Service
We Agree to:
No Logs
No record is kept of traffic. WireGuard peers are removed and then re-added after 5 minutes of no activity.
Transparency
We agree to open and clear transparency about our service.
Open Source
We agree to PGP-sign the application as presented in our open source code. The possibility for powerful malicious actors to swap files, is why PGP verification is a valuable tool.
ProxyChains Liability
Simplified Privacy makes use of an underlying dependency ProxyChains for Layer 2 connections. Therefore, the legal disclaimer of ProxyChains applies to us. Please see the disclaimer below.
Customer Agrees to:
Laws of Country
Follow the laws of the country your subscription is in.
No Child Porn
We do not allow posting sexual images of minors below the age of 18.
DDoS
We do not allow Denial of Service (DoS) attacks. If we get a DDoS complaint, we will find the subscription(s) participating in the attack, and cancel them. We HAVE to do this to prevent Cloudflare from blocking our IPs.
USA Torrents
For the USA servers, we only allow torrent downloads. But please avoid seeding (uploading) copyright protected content on the USA servers. This is to prevent them from being shut down.
Non-USA Torrents
For all other countries, we allow bi-directional torrents. Please consider Malaysia for torrents.

this program can be used to circumvent censorship.
doing so can be VERY DANGEROUS in certain countries.
ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT PROXYCHAINS WORKS AS EXPECTED BEFORE USING IT FOR ANYTHING SERIOUS.
this involves both the program and the proxy that you're going to use.
for example, you can connect to some "what is my ip" service like ifconfig.me to make sure that it's not using your real ip.
ONLY USE PROXYCHAINS IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING.
THE AUTHORS AND MAINTAINERS OF PROXYCHAINS DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ABUSE OR MISUSE OF THIS SOFTWARE AND THE RESULTING CONSEQUENCES.
