But if people were using PGP arbitration, Monero/lightning, Nostr/Bastyon, Arweave websites, YaCy search engines, Self-hosted emails & docs, and XMPP/SimpleX/Session, then:
What does it matter whose in charge? Governments would have no way to control the population. The printing money would be meaningless.
Given this technology already exists,

The main obstacle is cultural.
Therefore:
