In my subjective opinion, you’re only finding out about it now, because they want to use a physical disability to excuse the mental issues.
They needed a way to distract from the news stories that even his aides are now finally coming out and saying that ALL ALONG Joe Biden was inept and mentally disabled.
Yet they got the same political positions as him! That is the real scandal!!
Bad Debate?
I personally did not think Biden did that bad in that debate vs Donald Trump, because I could not distinguish genuine mental retardation, from regular Democrat talking points.
